2023 Havan Awards Winner for Best Multi-Family Production Development: Less than 7-storeys, presented by Homebuilders Association Vancouver.
2017 Commercial Building Award for Excellence, presented by the Commercial Division of the Victoria Real Estate Board, for the design and development of Hoylake Residential in Langford, B.C.
2013 Commercial Building Award Honourable Mention, presented by the Commercial Division of the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board, for the design and development of The Crest in Nanaimo, B.C.
Four 1996 Silver ‘Georgie’ Awards, presented by the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of B.C.: Best Advertising Campaign, Best Logo for a Project of Planned Community by a Developer, Best Interior (Multi-Family), and Best Multi-Family Landscape Design.
